Declaration by the borrower
By signing this promissory note, I understand, accept and agree to be bound by all the Terms and Conditions in this agreement.
- I hereby authorize HS Finance & Credit Co. Ltd to keep copies of my HKID, passport, contract and address proof. I certify that all information and documents I provided are true for I understand that it is a FRAUD if not. I also understand that Data held by HS maybe transferred to places (including places outside Hong Kong) at any time and from time to time where HS deems necessary.
- I hereby confirm that this loan is not referred by a third party. And I have not entered into or signed any agreement with a third party (except agreement with solicitors instructed by me/us for the provision of legal services solely).
- HS has explained to me whether the persons involved in this application will be regarded as third party and the disclosure of any third party is to protect my/our interests.
- The money I borrow form HS Finance is not for the use as Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing, nor support to any politically exposed persons and sanctioned entities.
- Where a revolving loan facility is offered with the Loan and accepted by me. HS may designate the Credit Limit to the revolving loan as HS may from time to time determine at its discretion. I hereby expressly agree and acknowledge that HS shall be at liberty at any time at HS’s absolute discretion to review, increase, reduce, cancel and/or terminate the Credit Limit without any prior notice. The specified approved loan amount may be disbursed to an account stated in the application held by me in Hong Kong only. This revolving loan will be effective until the expiry date of my employment contract. I understand that a loan advice will be issued after loan drawdown to fully outline the loan and the repayment.
- I declare that even if I am not the user of this loan proceed and no matter how I use it – such as making investing, sharing it with friends – it is still a loan in my name and I am solely responsible for paying all the installments on time. I also understand that I do not need to pay any money to anyone including staff in HS for the application of this loan.
- If there is any inconsistency between the English version and the Bahasa/Tagalog version, the English version shall prevail.
